With consciousness of the current global situation and the concern of its members, the Hampshire Shotokan Dojo will suspend live practice activities until further notice in support of advisement from Shotokan Karate of America and all surrounding government level mandates.
We deeply look forward to regaining the ability to practice as we know it but will continue to act in the interest of our community’s well-being as advised by SKA and local state announcements.
The message below states the precaution of suspending practices until March 31st. The Hampshire Shotokan dojo will continue to suspend live practices beyond this date until containment of the virus has allowed for contact with people and the general public to be deemed safe once again.

Subject: [SKA] COVID-19 Announcement
With the evolving COVID-19 health threat, we want to ensure that we do not contribute to the spread of the coronavirus. We recommend that all SKA dojos and affiliates suspend regular dojo practices until March 31. We will continue to monitor the situation for changes and will provide an update at month’s end for moving forward.
